By accessing or using Agent Ai's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Description of Service
Agent Ai provides a software platform for revenue operations, including data unification, workflow automation, and agent deployment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

Subscription and Billing
Plans and Pricing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Price Changes
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Intellectual Property
Our IP
All rights, title, and interest in the service, including all related intellectual property rights, remain with Agent Ai. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the service. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the service.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared between them and to use it only for purposes related to the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Agent Ai harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and we may delete your data after 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
